The Aggressor 9 Turbocharger series is a high-performance, bolt-on upgrade for 2nd Gen Dodge Ram Cummins (1994-2002), engineered for towing and power. It offers three compressor wheel variants—60mm, 62mm, and 67mm—paired with a 67mm turbine wheel and a custom-cast HE351-style exhaust housing machined for an HX40 outlet. This retains the factory HE351 9cm housing's quick spool-up and flow while ensuring seamless 2nd Gen installation with an HX40 outlet. An air-operated wastegate delivers precise boost control, outperforming spring-based wastegates, and a ported wastegate enhances flow for single or compound setups, optimizing EGT control. Upgraded bearing oiling enhances lubrication and cooling, ensuring superior durability and performance under high loads. Aggressor Turbos come with oil drain and turbo-to-manifold gasket included.
62mm Compressor (Aggressor 9-62): A versatile option for towing up to 10,000 pounds, balancing quick spool-up with robust top-end power. Supports up to 700 horsepower, suited for moderately modified setups, with slightly higher EGTs than the 60mm.
Additional sizes offered:
60mm Compressor (Aggressor 9-60): The premier towing turbo, providing rapid spool-up, low EGTs, and strong mid-range power. Supports up to 600 horsepower, ideal for stock or mildly modified engines, with exceptional durability for daily driving and heavy towing.
67mm Compressor (Aggressor 9-67): Built for high-performance, not suited for towing due to slower spool-up and higher EGTs. Supports up to 800 horsepower, ideal for heavily modified engines focused on maximum power.
