At Down & Dirty Diesel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.
Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked or received within this period.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Sale, clearance, personalized, perishable, or intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or damaged items: We offer full refunds, replacements, or exchanges. Contact us immediately with photos.
How to Return

Contact us at Downanddirtydiesel98@Gmail.com or 8509101186 with your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Ship the item to Return Address.

We provide a prepaid return label for defective items or store credit exchanges. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Approved returns qualify for a full/partial refund to the original payment method.

Processing takes 5–14 business days after we receive the item.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

Store credit or exchanges are available as alternatives. Gift purchases may result in store credit.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
Exchanges We happily process exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items of equal value where possible.
International Orders: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds exclude original international shipping fees.
